Private yoga sessions are designed for students who wish to move beyond general classes and develop a deeper, individualized yoga practice.

Each session is tailored to your experience level, physical condition, and personal goals — whether you are beginning your journey or seeking to deepen an established practice.
Rooted in traditional yoga and adapted through a modern understanding of movement and awareness, these sessions focus on alignment, breath control, concentration, and conscious movement. Special attention is given to developing body awareness, stability, and disciplined practice — essential elements for long-term growth in yoga.
Hands-on adjustments and precise guidance help clarify postures, prevent compensation patterns, and cultivate efficiency and confidence in practice. Over time, students learn not only what to practice, but how to practice independently.
