Our Team
With background in dance and rhythmic gymnastic I always enjoyed working with body and somatic experiencing, but after my first yoga class in 2010 everything has changed. I discovered power of breath and dived in self study. So in 2010 I took My first training with John T in vinyasa yoga which was more fusion of vinyasa, ashtanga and Iyengar styles with an intense focus on breathing. Since then I have been studying with different teachers and different schools. Completed a year study of Embodied Anatomy and Kinesiology with amazing Amy Mathews. Enrolled in post graduate program with Kula Yoga Project teachers Nikki Vilella & Lauren Haythe.I teach vinyasa yoga, which means class is based on creative flow/transition from pose to pose in accordance with breath. My classes are awareness practice, developing sensitivity and openness to what is present.
As the Sivananda certified yoga instructor I have studied within different Yoga schools. The intention through my teaching is to offer a movement practice, to generate clarity needed to promote awareness, strength, health and wellness; to build the bridge between body, mind and spirit.
