Daily Schedule

🌅 6:30 AM – Sunrise meditation & gentle stretch

🥾 8:30 AM – Depart for the day’s adventure
🌿 7:00-8:00 PM – Vegetarian dinner & relaxation
🌙 10:00 PM – Lights out for deep rest
